We have been trying since few months now and nothing yet, getting a little anxious honestly. Just wondering if theres anything that actually helps it happen faster. Would love to hear from those who conceived recently.
Dont put too much pressure beta, sometimes it just takes a few months and that's normal. Focus on health, ovulation timing and staying relaxed. If a year passes without luck, then go consult, otherwise be patient.
With my PCOS it took time so I won't overpromise anything. Tracking ovulation was tricky for me coz of irregular cycles, so I saw a doctor and she helped. If your periods are irregular too, worth getting checked early.
Track your ovulation, that's the biggest thing. The fertile days around mid cycle matter most. Eat well, sleep enough, cut stress. Both my kids happened once I started tracking properly instead of guessing.
We are also trying na, so I get it. My doctor told me to track ovulation and take folic acid before. She said give it a few months naturally before worrying. Tabhi se folic acid start kar do if you havent.
Ovulation tracking apps really helped me, you can also use the ovulation strips from chemist. Healthy diet, folic acid, and timing around fertile days. Worked for us in the 3rd month of trying.
Take it gently with yourself first, stress makes it harder. Knowing your fertile window helps a lot. And if it's been a while of trying, no harm in seeing a doctor early, it's not a big deal, they just guide you. Sending you good wishes.
