What type of bleeding is normal in early pregnancy?

Noticed some light pinkish spotting and panicked. Im only 7 weeks. I know i should ask my doc but the appointment is two days away. Just want to understand what kind is okay and what is not, anyone?

My doctor said light spotting around implantation time can be normal, usually pinkish or light brown and very little. But heavy red bleeding or clots is not normal and needs immediate checkup.

I used to panic at every tiny spot honestly. Mostly mine was nothing but I always called my doc to feel calm. When in doubt just check, dont sit and worry yaar.

A little spotting can be ok but anything more, please see your doctor.

Please be gentle with yourself. Light spotting can happen but if you see bright red flow or have cramps, dont wait, call your gynac. I learnt this the hard way so I always say get it checked.
