Newly pregnant and everyone at ghar is giving me different different lists of what not to eat, im totally confused now. Just want a clear idea of foods to actually stay away from. Pls share from ur experience.
Beta, always avoid raw papaya and pineapple, especially in the first few months. Eat warm, freshly cooked ghar ka khana, and stay away from stale food or too much spicy street food.
After my long IVF journey, I was so careful with my food. Please avoid any undercooked eggs, raw fish, or unwashed produce to protect your sweet little baby from infections. Just eat well-cooked, warm foods.
Avoid anything raw or unpasteurized, and basically anything that doesn't taste like the exact junk food you are craving at 2 AM! Just eat freshly cooked hot meals and skip the sushi, you'll survive!
I'm in my 5th month and keeping away from raw eggs, half-boiled omelets, and unpasteurized cheese. Are we also supposed to avoid completely raw salads when eating out, or is it fine if it's a good restaurant?
Keep it simple—just avoid raw meats, unpasteurized dairy, and outside raw salads. Stick to hot home-cooked meals, wash your fruits properly, and you don't need to worry about anything else.
