Im 9 weeks and everyone at ghar is giving different different advice on food, totally confused. Some say eat this some say avoid that. What did u all actually eat on a normal day, pls share?
Yeah, this is such a big question! My gynac gave me a whole list of dos and don'ts. Basically, lots of protein, iron-rich foods, leafy greens, and fruits. Avoiding junk and street food is also on my list. Are you looking for specific meal ideas or general guidelines?
Yay, eating for two! 🤰 Prioritize fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean proteins. Think colorful and nutrient-packed! Avoid raw or undercooked meats, unpasteurized dairy, and too much caffeine. And don't forget to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! 💧 Always follow your doctor's advice, of course! 😊
During pregnancy, it's good to eat very healthy and balanced. My mother always made sure I had plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, and lentils. But the most important thing is to listen to your doctor's advice on what nutrients you need and what foods to avoid. They know best for your health and baby's growth.
Oh, this question used to give me so much anxiety! You want to eat perfectly for the baby. Focus on fresh, homemade meals, plenty of greens, fruits, and good protein. Avoid junk, raw foods, and too much processed stuff. And definitely talk to your doctor about any specific concerns or if you have strong cravings that aren't healthy.
Keep it simple and nutritious. Focus on whole grains, lean proteins, lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Hydration is key too. My doctor emphasized avoiding raw meat, unpasteurized dairy, and excessive caffeine. Cook ghar ka khana as much as possible, even if you're busy.
