We are trying since few months and i still dont fully understand which days are the right time to actually conceive. is it around the middle of the cycle? feeling silly asking but no one explained this properly to me.
My doctor explained conception happens around ovulation, roughly the middle of the cycle when the egg is released. The fertile window is those few days. After that it takes about a week for implantation to happen.
We are planning too and I was confused about this. So its mainly around ovulation, around mid cycle, got it. Are you also figuring out your fertile days?
I tracked my cycle on an app and the fertile days were around day 12 to 16 for me. Conception happens in that ovulation window. Tracking really helped me understand my own timing.
