When a woman conceive can she feels fast heartbeat?

Last few days my heart feels like its racing even when im just sitting and im wondering if this could be an early sign. Period not due for a few more days. Did anyone else notice a fast heartbeat right after conceiving?

Yes its normal due to extra blood flow. But mention any chest discomfort to your doctor.

I actually felt my heart racing a bit in early weeks and got scared. Turned out its because of the hormone and blood volume changes. I felt it more when I climbed stairs.

Yes a slightly faster heartbeat can happen because the body is pumping more blood now. Its usually nothing. But if it feels like racing with breathlessness or dizziness, get it checked with the gynac.
