Me and my husband just started trying this month and im honestly confused about the timing. I have a 30 day cycle if that helps. Can someone explain which days are the best?
Just adding, if your cycles are irregular like mine were, ovulation timing isn't fixed, so the calendar method isn't always reliable. I tracked with strips and also took my doctor's help to time it right.
We're trying too and I learnt the fertile window is the few days leading up to ovulation. I felt shy asking but my gynac explained it nicely. Tracking cycle days really helps.
Around ovulation yaar, roughly two weeks before your next period if your cycle is regular. That fertile window of a few days is when chances are highest. Tracking helped me both times.
I used an ovulation tracker app and ovulation strips, made it so much clearer. Your fertile days are basically ovulation day plus the 4-5 days before. Apps estimate it from your cycle dates.
From what I read, the days around ovulation, usually mid cycle if you have a 28 day cycle, are the most fertile. The few days before ovulation too. I started tracking my cycle to figure it out.
