We started trying this month and i really want to understand the timing better. My cycles are mostly regular. Which days give the best chance, is it only around ovulation? Pls help a confused newbie out.
I tracked my ovulation with an app and a kit, that made it so clear. The two to three days before ovulation are the golden window. Honestly tracking took out all the guesswork for us.
The fertile window is the few days leading up to and including ovulation, usually mid cycle. For a 28 day cycle thats roughly day 12 to 16. Timing intercourse in those days worked for me both times.
