Planning to conceive and trying to time things right this month. Im a bit lost about which days in the cycle are the most fertile. Can someone who conceived recently share how they figured it out?
The highest chance is in the fertile window, the few days leading up to and including ovulation. My doctor said the day before ovulation is often the peak. Tracking your cycle helps you find it.
With irregular cycles like mine, pinpointing ovulation was tricky. Kits and doctor scans helped me find my window. So if your periods are irregular, dont stress, just get help tracking it.
