Im 30 weeks now and at my last scan baby was still breech. Doc said theres time but i keep wondering when does the baby usually turn head down? Anyone whose baby flipped late, pls share.
My gynac explained that usually by 36 weeks baby settles head down ready for delivery. She checks position during scans and from outside by feeling the belly. If baby is still breech near due date they discuss options, so just keep going for your checkups.
I am 24 weeks and my doc said baby position keeps changing till around 8th month so its too early to worry. Anyone else's baby kept flipping at this stage? I can feel so much movement honestly.
Relax beta, babies take their own time. Most turn head down by the 9th month and your doctor will keep track at every visit. No need to keep checking yourself, it only adds tension.
Mine never turned, stayed breech till the end and I had a planned c-section. So even if baby is upside up its okay, doctor manages it well. But yes for most ladies head down comes by 34-36 weeks.
Most babies turn head down between 32 and 36 weeks na. Before that they keep moving around so dont stress if your baby is still breech in early third trimester. My second one turned only at 35 weeks, gave us a scare but happened on its own.
