We are trying since two months and i keep reading about fertile days but honestly i get confused with the timing. After periods kitne din baad chances zyada hote hai? Would love to understand this better.
I used ovulation strips along with an app and it really helped me pinpoint my fertile days. Conceived in the second month of tracking. Much easier than guessing actually.
I am also trying to figure this out, was reading that the days right after period are low chance but fertile window comes mid cycle. So confusing to track honestly. Anyone using ovulation kits?
It depends on your cycle length yaar, but ovulation is usually around 12 to 16 days before your next period. Those are your fertile days. If your cycle is regular it is easier to predict, irregular ones are tricky.
