I keep talking to my belly and my husband laughs at me saying baby cant hear yet haha. Im 20 weeks. Just want to know from which point the baby actually starts hearing our voices?
With twins it was a concert in there once they could hear, around 20 weeks both kicking at every loud sound lol. I read music and talking is good for them. Just dont blast loud noises right on the belly.
I felt so emotional when I read that around 5-6 months baby can hear me. I started talking to my bump every night and singing badly haha. After birth she actually calmed to my voice, I swear she remembered.
Baby starts hearing around the fifth month da. In our family elders said to listen to good music and read nice stories aloud, I did that calmly every day. Doctor also said the voice of amma is the most familiar to baby. So lovely.
My gynac told me baby starts responding to sound around 18-20 weeks, and by around 25 weeks they can hear your voice clearly. I started talking and playing soft music after that, it was such a sweet feeling.
Around the 5th month they begin to hear. I used to play bhajans and good thoughts daily, kept a calm and positive feeling around me. Whatever you believe, just surround baby with peace and love.
