When can i do pregnancy test after iui?

My IUI was 10 days back and I am dying to test, but the clinic told me to wait. I dont want false hope or false negative. When did you test after IUI?

Please go by what ur IUI clinic told u, they usually give a date. The trigger shot can stay in ur system and mess up home test results early on. Better to do the beta hCG they scheduled.

I know that wait feels endless, I've been there. Usually clinics ask u to wait around 14 days for a blood test (beta hCG), thats the most reliable one. Testing too early with home kit can give false negative and just break ur heart for no reason. Hold on a little, ur doing great.

The standard is the two week wait, around day 14 post IUI for the blood test. If u must do a home one, even then wait at least 12-14 days so the trigger injection clears out. Wishing u good news yaar.

Following this, my sister had IUI last month and she was so tempted to test at day 7. Her doctor said wait 2 weeks na. Is the blood test really more accurate than the strip?

Two weeks beta, I know it drags. Try to keep yourself busy and dont test at day 5-6, it only gives you anxiety. Trust the clinic date, they know best.
