Bit shy to ask but here goes. Im in my first trimester and me and my husband are unsure if its safe to be intimate now or if we should wait. Is it ok in early pregnancy? How did u all handle this?
If your pregnancy is normal and your doctor hasnt restricted anything, it is generally fine throughout. Both my pregnancies my gynac said it was okay since there were no complications. But if you have bleeding, pain or a high risk situation, ask the doctor first.
If everything is normal it is generally safe, nothing to feel shy about asking your doctor. Just stop and check with her if anything feels off afterwards. She knows your situation best.
