I used to do regular yoga before but stopped once i got the positive. Now im about 12 weeks and feeling restless sitting around. From when is it safe to begin again, and any special pregnancy yoga only?
I started gentle prenatal yoga in the second trimester after my doctor gave the green light. Only proper pregnancy safe poses though, with a trained instructor. Please get your gynac okay first, every body is different.
I did light breathing and gentle stretches which felt so calming. My elders encouraged it but I confirmed safe poses with my doctor. Avoid anything that strains the belly, keep it soft and slow.
