Tested positive on home kit two days back and im so excited but nervous also. Wondering when its actually worth booking a scan, like will they even see anything this early or should i wait few more weeks?
My doc said usually around 6 weeks you can see the sac and sometimes the heartbeat on scan. Before that even if test is positive the scan may not show much. She told me dont panic if early scan is empty.
I went too early at 5 weeks and they couldnt see properly, I felt so scared. Went again after 2 weeks and there was the little heartbeat. So worth the wait.
We waited till the doctor called us for the scan, around 6 weeks. No need to rush amma, your body and tests already telling you. Trust the gynac timing.
