When can we check pregnancy test after missed period?

My period is 3 days late and im trying so hard not to get too excited. We have been trying this cycle. Should i test now or wait few more days for proper result? dont want a false negative and get disappointed.

Day one of missed period is fine to check. Use morning urine for best result.

You can test right from the first day of the missed period, thats usually accurate enough. Use the first morning urine, its more concentrated. If its negative but period still doesnt come, test again after 3-4 days.
