We have been trying this cycle and im so impatient yaar. I think i ovulated about a week back and i really want to test already but scared of false result. how many days should i wait for it to actually show correctly?
Dont waste your tests in the first week yaar, useless and stressful. Wait for the missed period, test with morning urine, much clearer line. I did both my pregnancies that way.
I tested like 4 times too early and lost my mind over faint lines. Trust me wait till period is due, you save yourself so much tension. The two week wait is the worst part na.
We were trying too and I learnt testing too early just gives false sad results. Better to wait till your period is actually due, around 14 days after ovulation. The wait is hard I know.
I read most tests need about 12 to 14 days after ovulation to show clearly. First morning urine works best. Earlier than that and the line is too faint to trust honestly.
My doctor told me to wait at least till the day my period was due, roughly two weeks post ovulation, for the hormone to build up enough. Testing day 7 or 8 gave me a negative even though I was pregnant.
