It has been 10 days since intercourse and I am feeling impatient. My period date is still 3 days away and I dont want to waste tests. When is a sensible time to check?
Hey girl, don't stress too much about it, seriously! Just chill a bit. Most kits say to wait till you miss your period, maybe a week after. Early testing can give you false negatives and just make you more anxious, yaar.

My gynac at the Apollo suggested waiting for about 7-10 days past your missed period. They said checking too early is often pointless as hCG levels might not be high enough yet. If you're unsure, just call your clinic's nurse line, they are usually very helpful.
