We just got married last month and planning to start trying soon. Honestly im a bit clueless about the right time in the cycle to actually conceive. Can someone explain which days have the best chance?
We just started trying so this is exactly what I was wondering. So the days around ovulation are the key ones, right? I am learning to track my cycle now, hoping it helps.
Just a gentle note, with PCOS like me ovulation can be irregular so the standard calendar timing doesnt always apply. If your cycles are uneven, a gynac can help you figure out your window. Dont feel disheartened, it just needs a bit more guidance.
I used an ovulation tracker app and it really helped me pin down my fertile days. You can also use ovulation strips. Made it so much less confusing than guessing by calendar alone.
The best chance is during your fertile window, the few days leading up to and including ovulation. For a regular 28 day cycle that is around the middle. Track your cycle and that makes the whole thing much clearer.
