My gynac gave me a due date and im now curious to work backwards and figure out around when we actually conceived. maths is confusing me honestly. how do u calculate it from the date? just want to know for myself.
Conception date is usually counted backwards from your due date, roughly 38 weeks before. I used a pregnancy app and it gave me an estimated conception window automatically. But honestly its always an estimate, only a scan gives the closest date.
From the birthday they count back about 266 days for the likely conception day. But the dating scan in first trimester is the most accurate way to know. Your gynac can tell you the exact range based on that.
