Just curious to hear from others here. We were trying for almost a year and it finally happened last month, im still in disbelief honestly. When did it happen for u all, was it quick or took time?

Actually it's hard to know the exact day yaar. Mine was around ovulation time but the doctor just used my last period date for everything. The scan number is what they trust in the end.
If you mean how to figure out the date, doctors usually count from the first day of your last period, not the actual day of conception. I used an app that calculated it and the scan confirmed roughly the same. Your dating scan gives the most accurate timing.
I was confused by this too. I always thought conception date is exact but my gynac said they go by last period date mostly. So when did yours match up with the scan?
I'm still in the planning phase so reading this is helpful. I always assumed you'd know the exact day but seems like it's an estimate. Good to know the scan sorts it out properly.
With both pregnancies I never knew the exact conception day and it doesn't really matter. They calculate due date from your last period and adjust after the first scan. Don't get stuck on the exact day, the scan dating is what counts.
