Honestly im a bit scared reading about ectopic stuff. My scan is pending and i have some one sided pain so its on my mind. Just want to know around when does it usually become serious, im planning to see my gynac soon anyway.

It really varies but often around 6 to 8 weeks if not treated. The warning signs are intense pain on one side, shoulder tip pain, dizziness. Do not wait at home, this is a real emergency, see a doctor fast.
Mine was caught early around 6-7 weeks before rupture thankfully, because I had sharp one sided pain and called the doctor. They usually become dangerous in the first trimester. Please if you have severe pain or bleeding go to emergency right away.
