Early weeks usually yaar, it's super common dont stress. Mine were worst when I hadnt eaten or slept properly. Rest in a dark room helped me more than anything.

For most people early pregnancy, first few weeks, because of hormones and sometimes low water or skipping meals. Drink enough, eat on time, dont stay hungry. That fixed half my headaches honestly.
They can start early from hormones, but I'll say this carefully, if you get bad headaches later in pregnancy with swelling or blurry vision, please dont ignore, get your BP checked immediately. That part is important.
