Honestly the breast soreness was my very first sign, even before the test. I felt them heavy and tender from around 4-5 weeks. It surprised me how early it started.
Mine started changing early and kept changing through the months. By the end they were ready for feeding. Its a gradual thing, dont worry if yours changes slower than someone elses.
Changes start quite early, sometimes in the first month itself. They get fuller and tender, and nipples may darken later. Get a comfy bra na, it really helps.
