Bit of a basic doubt but it confuses me honestly. Like is it the day we did or the day the test shows positive? My periods are due in few days and i keep calculating in my head.

Conceiving is when the egg gets fertilised, around your ovulation time. But doctors date the pregnancy from your last period, so dont get confused by the week count. The test only turns positive after implantation, about two weeks later.
