We are trying since 2 months and im not sure of the right time to actually take the test. Should it be after missed period or can i check earlier? dont want to waste kits doing it too soon.
Just wait till your period is actually late yaar, then pee on it first thing in the morning. Testing too soon only stresses you out with confusing lines. Dont overthink it.
My gynac said the home kit works best from the first day of a missed period because hCG levels are high enough by then. Morning sample is ideal. If it comes negative but period still doesnt come, repeat after a week or do a blood test.
I tested the day my period was due and it was so faint I panicked. Tested again after 3 days and clear line. Did this happen to anyone else? I learnt waiting a few days after missed period gives a much surer answer.
Best to use it after your period is missed, ideally a day or two late. Use the first morning urine, its more concentrated and gives a clearer result. Testing too early can show false negative so wait if you can.
