When do you do glucose tolerance test in pregnancy?
My doctor said next visit we may do sugar test and I forgot which week it is usually done. I have family history of diabetes, so I am a bit worried. How was the test experience?
It comes around the 6th month, 24-28 weeks. The full GTT with multiple blood draws costs a bit so ask your hospital what package it falls under. Worth doing on time though, dont delay it.

Standard time is around 24-28 weeks. Because I had GD risk, my doctor tested me earlier too and then repeated it. Go fasting as told, and dont skip it even though that sugary drink is yuck, its important.
Usually between 24 and 28 weeks. Some docs do an early one in first trimester if u have risk factors like family history or PCOS. Mine did it at 26 weeks both times.
