When do you gain the most weight during pregnancy?
I'm noticing my weight changing, and I'm curious about the pattern. During which trimester or period of pregnancy do women typically gain the most weight? I want to know what to expect.
During my pregnancy, I noticed the scale jumped up significantly in the last three months. I was anxious about it, but my doctor comforted me saying it is just amniotic fluid, baby weight, and extra blood. Focus on nourishing yourself and the baby.
My experience says the last 2-3 months is when the weight really piles on. I gained almost 8 kgs in the third trimester alone! Once you start breastfeeding, your body slowly starts getting back to normal anyway, so enjoy this phase.
Normally, third trimester mein weight sabse tezi se badhta hai jab baby ka size badhta hai. Bas healthy khao aur thoda bohot walk karte raho, weight scale dekh kar tension mat lo. Baby health is main thing.
In the first trimester, most people lose weight due to vomiting, but real weight gain starts in 2nd and peaks in 3rd trimester. Don't starve yourself or try to diet now. Eat home-cooked nutritious food and let nature do its work.
I understand how stressing it can be to watch the scale go up so fast, I used to cry seeing my weight. But actually, maximum weight gain happens in the 3rd trimester because that's when baby grows rapidly. It's totally normal and you will lose it later, don't worry.
