Just got my positive test a few days back and im so confused about timing. Should I rush to book a scan now or wait few weeks? First time mom here and dont want to do it too early or too late. Pls share when u all did ur first one.
My first dating scan was around 7 weeks because i had a little spotting, but for many its later. I was so nervous and so happy to see it. Did others have theirs a bit later and it was fine too?
My doctor did an early dating scan around 6 to 8 weeks, then the NT scan around 11 to 13 weeks. The exact timing depends on your situation. Your gynac will schedule the first one when she thinks best.
Usually the first scan is somewhere between 6 and 9 weeks to confirm and date the pregnancy. Both my times it was around 7 weeks. Your doctor will tell u the right week.
