Go right after the positive test. First visit they do confirmation and a few tests, costs vary so ask the clinic upfront. Better to start early than miss the important first checks.
I felt nervous about going too early, like is it even confirmed? But I went around 6 weeks after the positive test and the doctor said that's a good time. So glad I didn't delay.
My mother said wait till 3 months like olden days, but I went early and I'm glad. The doctor starts your vitamins and checks everything is fine, no harm in going soon.
