When do you start smelling things during pregnancy?
Suddenly every smell feels 10 times stronger, even my husbands deo makes me nauseous lol. Im about 6 weeks. when did this start for u all? wondering if its an early sign.
Usually first trimester, often in the early weeks itself due to hormones. Both times I got this strong nose super early. It eases for many people by second trimester. Totally normal pregnancy thing.
Girl my superpower nose kicked in around week 6 and suddenly my husband's deodorant smelled like a crime scene. Its an early thing, you basically become a sniffer dog. It calms down later, hang in there.
For me it started super early, like around 5-6 weeks I felt I could smell everything, even the fridge from another room haha. It was one of my first signs actually. The heightened smell is so real in early pregnancy.
Omg I'm 7 weeks and suddenly every smell is too much, so this answers my question too. Cooking smells make me queasy. Good to know its just an early pregnancy hormone thing and not just me being dramatic.
