I am barely 5 weeks and my lower back is already aching like period pain. It comes and goes, not severe, but makes me worried. Did your back pain start this early?
Mine started around 7-8 weeks, just a nagging lower back thing. Did anyone else feel it this early? I keep wondering if its normal or just me sitting wrong all day.
It varies dear, for me a soft back ache came in early weeks itself. Warm gentle support and good posture helped. My mother said dont lift heavy. If pain is sharp or one sided though, do tell your doctor.
Mild back pain can start early because of hormones loosening the joints, but it usually gets more in later months as the bump grows. Light back ache is normal. Severe pain or with bleeding, get it checked.
I felt a dull lower back ache quite early, even in the first few weeks, kind of like period pain that didnt go. It surprised me coz i thought back pain comes later. It came and went for me.
