Pet is so bloated since the beginning, I look more pregnant than I actually am lol. Im 12 weeks now. Does this bloating settle down at some point or stays till the end? just want some hope honestly.
My pregnancy app mentioned that bloating is very normal because of the hormones slowing digestion. It usually peaks in the first trimester for most women and then can reduce a bit. But it might come and go throughout depending on what you eat. Keep tracking your symptoms, it helps to see patterns!
Oh, the bloating! It's super common, especially in the first trimester because of all those hormonal changes. For most women, it tends to ease up a bit in the second trimester, but some mild bloating can actually come and go throughout. Focus on fibre and hydration, it really helps a lot with digestion.
I'm in my second trimester too and still feel quite bloated, especially by evening! Is this normal? Sometimes I feel like I look more bloated than pregnant, if that makes sense. It makes me a little anxious, does anyone else feel this way or is it just me?
I felt so much bloating in the beginning, it was actually one of my first big pregnancy signs! I remember feeling like I couldn't button my jeans even before I had a bump. It slowly started to lessen for me in the second trimester, around 16-18 weeks. It's a phase, but I know how uncomfortable it is right now.
Bloating is definitely a common one! I found that staying active, like going for my daily walks (with my doctor's approval, of course!), and drinking plenty of water really helped to keep things moving and reduce that gassy feeling. It did get better for me by the second trimester, but consistency is key.
For me, the really bad bloating in my stomach eased up around the end of the first trimester. After that, it was more like my clothes just felt tight because of the growing belly, not so much the gassy bloated feeling. Everyone's body is different, so just see how yours feels and don't worry too much.
Bloating? LOL. It stops when the baby comes out. And then you're bloated with exhaustion and sleepless nights! Just kidding (mostly!). I felt bloated pretty much till the third trimester, then it was just 'full'. Comfy clothes are your best friend, trust me, invest in them.
Honestly? I felt like it never really stopped, it just transformed! First it was gas, then it was baby bump pushing everything up! Haha. I just embraced comfortable clothes and kept craving light, easy-to-digest stuff. Pani puri wasn't helping though, sadly, made it worse!
