High blood pressure most commonly develops after the 20-week mark. Please ensure you monitor it during your regular check-ups. Take care and get plenty of rest.
Your BP might shoot up when your MIL starts giving too many advices, haha! But seriously, medical high BP typically shows up after 20 weeks. Just keep cutting down on extra salt and stay chill.
Due to my PCOS, my doctor monitored my BP very closely from the start. High BP usually becomes a concern after 20 weeks, which is called preeclampsia. Please make sure to get it checked at every doctor visit.
With twins, my BP started climbing around the 24th week because of the double load on my body. It's super important to check it regularly because high BP can sneak up on you without any symptoms. Keep that salt intake in check!
Usually, BP can fluctuate, but a real increase often happens after the 20th week. Keep an eye on sudden swelling in your feet too! 🌸 Stay happy and relaxed, stress also increases BP! 😊
