I delivered around 3 months back and im still breastfeeding. My size went up a lot during pregnancy and now im wondering when things go back to normal, or do they at all? curious what others experienced.
I totally get the worry about how the body changes. For me size reduced slowly once feeding stopped, took a few months. Be patient and kind to yourself, it adjusts on its own.
Usually after you stop breastfeeding it gradually goes back, can take some months. Both times mine settled differently. Dont expect a quick change, the body takes its own pace.
Mine stayed fuller all through breastfeeding and started settling a few months after I weaned. It's gradual, not sudden. Supportive bras helped me through the changes.
