When does cramping occur in pregnancy?

I keep getting these mild cramps on and off, feels a bit like period pain. Im not even sure yet if im pregnant or its just my periods coming. At what stage does this cramping usually start for you all?

Light cramps can happen on and off through pregnancy as things stretch. But cramping with bleeding or severe one sided pain is a warning, I learnt that the hard way. Please get strong cramps checked by ur doctor.

Mild cramping is common at many stages beta, body keeps adjusting. Just keep an eye, if it turns sharp or comes with spotting, call ur doctor. Otherwise rest and dont panic.

Same here, I keep getting little cramps in early weeks and I worry each time. Did urs feel like a dull period ache? Trying to tell myself its normal.

I felt mild cramps very early, around the time my period was due. It honestly confused me, I thought my period was coming. The gynac said early cramping from implantation and stretching is normal.
