Getting these dull headaches almost daily now and im 10 weeks along. Is this a normal pregnancy thing and at which stage does it usually start? just want to know if its expected before i mention to my doc.
Normal mild headaches happen but please be careful. I had a bad headache with swelling once and it turned out my BP was high. If headache is severe or with blurry vision, call your gynac, don't wait.
They come and go beta, very common especially early on and again towards the end. Rest in a dark quiet room and stay hydrated. If it ever feels too much, just check with your doctor for peace of mind.
Mere saath bhi headaches were bad in first trimester, mostly from hormones and skipping meals. I started eating small snacks every few hours and drinking more water and it eased a lot. Hang in there, it does get better.
