Im 6 weeks now and so curious about when i can actually hear or see the heartbeat on scan. My gynac said come after some weeks but i couldnt stop thinking about it. When did u all first hear it?
Mine showed at almost 8 weeks and I was so anxious before that scan. Did anyone else have it appear a bit late and still everything was fine? It calmed me a lot when it did show.
I felt my whole world shift when I heard that tiny heartbeat at my early scan around 7 weeks. It was the most reassuring sound. Honestly that one moment made everything feel real.
My doctor said the heart begins to develop and beat very early, around 5 to 6 weeks, but it is usually visible on scan around 6 to 7 weeks. At my first scan around week 7 we could see and hear it, such a moment. Timing varies a little so dont worry if it shows slightly later.
