My baby is almost 3 months now and im fully breastfeeding. Periods still nahi aaye and im just wondering kab tak it usually takes. Is the delay normal? Pls share ur experience.
It varies a lot! With my first, it was about 10 months because I breastfed. With my second, I stopped feeding sooner, so it came back in 6 months. It depends on breastfeeding, hormones, and your body. No fixed rule, just happens when it happens.
