My baby is almost 3 months now and im fully breastfeeding. Periods still nahi aaye and im just wondering kab tak it usually takes. Is the delay normal? Pls share ur experience.
It varies a lot! With my first, it was about 10 months because I breastfed. With my second, I stopped feeding sooner, so it came back in 6 months. It depends on breastfeeding, hormones, and your body. No fixed rule, just happens when it happens.
Beta, har aurat ke liye alag hota hai yeh. Kuch ko jaldi aa jaate hain, khaaskar agar breastfeeding nahi karte. Kaiyon ko toh saalon lag jaate hain. Bas apni sehat ka dhyan rakho, accha khao, aur rest lo. Body apne aap adjust karegi.
Mere saath toh it was quite late, actually. I was exclusively breastfeeding, and my mom and MIL said it's common. It came back almost a year later. It's different for everyone, but don't worry too much about it, focus on resting.
Oh, this depends a lot on many things, like if you're breastfeeding or not. My elder sister got hers after 6 months, but my cousin got it only after a year, because she was feeding the baby completely. Always good to talk to your doctor, just to understand your own body.
I was also wondering about this! For me, it took around 8 months to come back, and I felt a bit emotional when it did, like my body was finally getting back to 'normal'. If you're breastfeeding, it often takes longer, I felt.
This is such a good question! I'm planning my pregnancy now and I hear so many different things. So if you're breastfeeding, it generally delays your periods, right? Is the first period after delivery very heavy usually?
