When does milk supply start in pregnancy?

I'm pregnant with my first child and wondering about breastfeeding. When does the body actually start producing milk, like, even before the baby is born?

Usually, real milk comes after delivery but colostrum can start leaking early. Since my pregnancy was complicated, I was very careful and didn't squeeze or touch my breasts at all. Please ask your gynac about what is safe for your body, don't try to express milk yourself as it can cause contractions.
