I'm in my first trimester and the morning sickness is really getting to me. I'm wondering when this nausea typically starts to subside during pregnancy. Will it get better soon?
Uff, I feel you! Mera nausea 14th week tak chal raha tha, morning-evening sab same tha. Apne paas humesha dry biscuits rakho aur subah uthte hi ek kha lo bina paani piye, kafi relief milega. Usually 3rd month ke baad ye apne aap chala jata hai.
Beta, ghabrao nahi, ye toh shuruat ke teen mahine hi rehta hai, fir sab theek ho jata hai. Subah thoda sa adrak ka tukda chuso ya saunf chabao, isse man theek rahega. Jyada tel-masale ka khana mat khao abhi.
Your post brought back so many memories of my first trimester when I could barely get out of bed. Mine stopped around week 14, and suddenly I got my energy back. Hang in there, mama, this difficult phase will pass and you'll hold your sweet baby soon!
For most women, it resolves by week 12 to 14 as hormone levels stabilize. However, everyone's body is different, so some feel it longer. If it's mild, ginger tea helps, but if you have heavy vomiting and can't keep liquids down, check with your gynecologist for safe medication.
Oh dear, I totally understand how exhausting and draining this phase is for you. Seeing food makes you cry sometimes, na? It mostly gets much better around 12-14 weeks [2.1.5], so please be strong, your little baby is growing beautifully inside.
I hear so many stories about morning sickness and honestly, it sounds so tough but beautiful too. I hope when it's my turn, I can handle it as well as you all do. Praying that your nausea gets better very soon.
Haan yaar, ye nausea toh dushman hai sabka! Mera toh 13th week lagte hi ekdum gayab ho gaya tha, par tab tak badi mushkil thi. Thoda sa ginger water ya nimbu paani try karo na, kafi aaram padega.
