Just got my positive a few days back and im 5 weeks along. So far i feel completely normal, no nausea at all, and that is actually making me a bit worried. When did the morning sickness kick in for you all?
Mine hit hard around 6 weeks and lasted till almost 14 weeks, it was rough honestly. Ginger water, nibbling on biscuits before getting out of bed, and small meals helped me cope. If you cant keep anything down at all, please tell your doctor, dont suffer silently.
Commonly it begins around the sixth week and settles by the start of the second trimester. Everyone is different though, some feel it more, some barely at all. If vomiting is severe or you cant hold fluids, do check with your gynac.
For me I felt it around week 5 or 6, just after my missed period. Mornings were the worst and even smells of cooking made me queasy. It eased off by the second trimester so hang in there.
Mine started around week 6 and I kept worrying it was too much. Did others also feel it stronger in the evenings rather than mornings? I am in second trimester now and it is finally calming down, thankfully.
Usually it starts around the 6 week mark and peaks around 9 to 10 weeks for most. With my second it started a bit earlier actually. Keep something in your stomach at all times, empty stomach made mine worse.
They call it morning sickness but mine clearly didnt own a clock, it was an all day affair haha. Started around week 6 and I befriended my bucket for a while. It passes though, promise, just keep snacks handy.
