My scan showed twins and I am scared because people say symptoms are stronger. I am 6 weeks and nausea is only mild right now. When did vomiting or nausea start for twin moms?
Oh I feel for you, mine started around 6 weeks and was rough. With twins many say it begins early. What helped me was nibbling something before even getting out of bed and ginger. But if vomiting becomes constant and you feel weak, please see the doc, dont tough it out.
Usually nausea starts around 5-7 weeks for most, and with twins it can come a bit earlier and feel stronger because hormones are higher. Keep something light in your stomach always. If you cant keep any food or water down, tell your doctor.
With my twins the nausea hit me earlier and harder than my friends with single babies, like around week 5-6 and it was no joke. Double the hormones, double the queasiness it felt like haha. Small frequent meals and dry biscuits in the morning saved me.
