I noticed the skin around my neck looking a bit darker and someone said its a pregnancy thing. Im about 4 months now. Just curious when this usually starts and does it go away after, pls share ur experience.
Sunscreen helped me keep mine from getting worse. I avoided strong fairness products and just stayed gentle. For any cream though ask your doc what is safe now.
It usually shows up by the middle of pregnancy, the dark line on belly and face patches. It is just hormones na, it fades after baby comes. Dont try harsh creams on it.
I felt so conscious when my neck and underarms got darker around the second trimester. Nobody told me it would happen. But it faded a lot after delivery so dont stress.
