After my IUI I felt cramps and bloating but honestly that was the medication, not pregnancy. Symptoms if any usually start after the first week or so. Try not to over analyze, easier said than done I know.

My doctor told me implantation is roughly 6-12 days after IUI, and any true pregnancy symptoms come after that. She said dont test too early as it gives false hope or fear, wait for the beta hCG date she gave.
