I think i might be late by 2 days but not fully sure of my dates. Should i test now or wait a bit more for it to show clearly? dont want to waste kits testing too soon.
A home test usually turns positive after your missed period, when hCG is high enough to detect. Testing before that often shows negative even if you are pregnant. Use morning urine for the clearest result.
Mine showed positive a couple days after my missed period, not before. I tested too early first and it was negative which upset me. So waiting till after the period date really helps, it did for me.
My app reminded me to test only after the expected period date and it came positive first try. Before that the hormone is just too low. Patience pays off with these tests honestly.
