Puking can be really tough. Usually, it calms down around the 3-4 month mark. Try ginger ale or nimbu pani, they helped me a little. Small, dry snacks like crackers also sometimes settle the stomach. But if you're vomiting non-stop and can't keep anything down, you must tell your doctor, that's important.
Ugh, the puking is the absolute worst, I know! For most women, it usually starts to get better by the second trimester, so around 12-16 weeks. But some unlucky ones, like me, had it linger a bit longer. Don't stress too much, just try to eat small, frequent meals and stay hydrated. You'll get through it!
Yaar, ye puking na, it's such a pain! Actually, most people feel better by second trimester, around 12-14 weeks. But honestly, for some, it lasts even longer, like till 20 weeks or so. Just try to eat small meals and keep sipping water. Hope you feel good soon!
For many, it tapers off by the end of the first trimester, say around 14-16 weeks. But sometimes it can continue longer. I had thyroid issues during pregnancy, so I was always extra watchful. If your puking is very severe or doesn't seem to stop, please mention it to your gynac during your check-up. They might suggest something to help.
Typically, morning sickness, including puking, starts to subside for most women by the end of the first trimester, around week 12 to 14. Some might experience it longer, and a few lucky ones don't get it at all. Stay hydrated and eat bland foods if that helps.
