Saw a tiny bit of light spotting today and im confused because im early on. Just trying to understand when this normally happens so i dont panic over nothing. is it usually early or can it come anytime?
My doc explained early spotting can happen around implantation time, roughly when your period was due. Light spotting can also occur after a scan or intimacy. But she said any heavier or red bleeding should always be checked promptly.
I had a bit of spotting in early weeks and panicked completely. Doc said light brownish spotting can be normal early on, and mine settled. Still, I got it checked, which I would recommend for peace of mind.
Spotting can happen at various points, but please dont brush it off. If its bright red, heavy or with pain, call your gynac without delay. I learnt to always get bleeding checked.
