When heartbeat in pregnancy?

My first scan is coming up next week and im so anxious about whether they will be able to hear the heartbeat. im around 7 weeks i think. when did you all get to hear it for the first time?

Usually 6 to 7 weeks on scan. Such a sweet moment when u hear it.

At my 6 week scan they couldnt see it yet and I was so scared, but at 7.5 weeks it was there strong. Did anyone else have to wait an extra week? It was such a long week for me.

I heard my baby's heartbeat at the 7 week scan and I just sat there in tears, it sounded like a little galloping horse. Honestly the best moment, hope u get to hear it soon.

Haan around 6-7 weeks na on the sonography. Before that its too tiny to catch. Mine was bang on 7 weeks, dont worry early me.

My doctor said the heartbeat usually starts around 6 weeks but on scan it becomes clearly visible by 6 to 7 weeks. Sometimes if dates are early they call u back after a week to see it properly, so dont panic if first scan is too soon.
